2. What types of video and animation do you produce?

We produce a wide range of video and animation designed to support both the Buyer and Talent Journey. This includes brand films, explainers, social content, case studies and testimonials for awareness and conversion, alongside employer brand films, recruitment videos, onboarding content and internal comms. Every piece is tailored to a specific stage, helping audiences understand, trust and take the next step.

3. What is your video production process from brief to delivery?

Our process is built to keep things clear, collaborative and on track from day one:

  • Brief & discovery – We start by understanding your goals, audience and message
  • Pre-production – Concept, script, planning and logistics are agreed upfront
  • Production – Filming or animation brings the idea to life
  • Post-production – Editing, sound, graphics and feedback rounds refine the story
  • Delivery – Final files are supplied in the right formats for each channel

This structured approach ensures every project moves smoothly from idea to finished content.

4. How long does a video project take?

Most projects take between 4–8 weeks, depending on scope, complexity and feedback speed.

  • Simple videos (e.g. talking heads, social edits): 2–4+ weeks
  • Mid-sized projects (brand films, explainers): 4–6+ weeks
  • Larger or multi-asset projects: 6–8+ weeks

Clear planning and quick feedback help keep everything on track, and we’ll always agree timelines upfront based on your goals and deliverables.

5. Do I need to have a script or brief ready before getting in touch?

No, you don’t need to have a script or brief ready.

We can develop everything from scratch, starting with your goals and audience, then shaping the concept and script with you. If you do have a draft, we’re happy to refine and build on it together – making sure it’s clear, focused and fit for purpose.

6. Can you help with both buyer-facing and employer brand (recruitment) videos?

Yes – we support both.

We create buyer-facing content to drive awareness, build trust and support conversion, as well as employer brand and recruitment content to attract, onboard and retain talent.

Everything is planned around your audience and objectives, ensuring each video fits the right stage of the Buyer or Talent Journey and helps move people to the next step.

7. Will I be involved throughout the creative process?

Yes – you’ll be closely involved throughout.

We work collaboratively at every stage, with clear approval points built into the process. You’ll review and shape the concept, script, storyboard and final edit, so you stay in control of your message and brand.

Our role is to guide and bring ideas to life, but decisions are always made together.

8. Do you work with businesses outside the UK?

Yes – we work with clients globally.

Alongside the UK, we regularly deliver projects across the US, Mexico, Europe and Asia, supporting international teams and campaigns.

We’re experienced in working with global brands managing projects remotely or on location, and adapting content for different markets, audiences and platforms

9. Can you handle animation as well as live-action filming?

Yes – we handle both animation and live action.

We create everything from live-action shoots (brand films, interviews, events) to full animation (explainers, motion graphics, complex visuals), as well as hybrid projects that combine both.

We’ll recommend the right format based on your message, audience and goals – or blend the two where it works best.

10. How do revisions and feedback rounds work?

We typically include 3–5 rounds of feedback, depending on the project’s scope and timeline.

Feedback is built into key stages – usually at script, storyboard and edit – so you can review, refine and shape the final output.

We keep the process clear and collaborative, with structured review points to ensure everything stays aligned and moves forward efficiently.

11. What results have your videos achieved for clients?

Our work is built to deliver measurable impact.

For example, a buyer-facing campaign for Silent Pool Gin helped drive a 65% increase in duty-free sales at Heathrow.

Across talent projects, our content has supported clients like L.E.K. Consulting in strengthening attraction and engagement through clearer employer storytelling.

We’ve also partnered with brands like Popeyes to elevate creative, deliver standout campaigns and engaging brand experiences.

Every project is designed to achieve a specific outcome – from increased sales and engagement to stronger applications and brand visibility.
